Maggie & Duffy Robbins at the 2020 National Gathering
The Fellowship Community is proud to welcome Maggie and Duffy Robbins to be part of our 2020 National Gathering in Durham, NC!
Dr. David William “Duffy” Robbins has his D.Min. in Youth and Family Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is Professor of Youth Ministry at Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania. He also teaches at Faithbridge Church in Spring, TX, and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Duffy has equipped churches, parents and leaders all over the world in caring for teens and families, and written a number of books, including Ministry of Nurture, This Way to Youth Ministry: An Introduction to the Adventure, Speaking to Teenagers (which he co-wrote with Doug Fields), Youth Ministry Nuts and Bolts and Enjoy the Silence (which he co-wrote with a wonderful girl named Maggie Robbins that he married many years ago). Duffy will share on how good leadership for teens and families helps focus the Church on making disciples.
Maggie Robbins is a certified and practicing spiritual director, who also has served on faculty with Kairos School of Spiritual Formation and (currently) Renovare. She has provided spiritual direction and led retreats around the globe, and co-authored Enjoy the Silence with her husband Duffy. Maggie will be available on a limited basis to meet for direction with National Gathering participants.
