West Coast Fellowship Event

West Coast Fellowship Event

I want to invite you to join us for the West Coast Fellowship/ECO gathering in Newport Beach, CA, on March 15.  We are excited to inform you that John Ortberg will be kicking off the event. Jim Singleton will provide updates on the state of the Fellowship, as well as Tod Bolsinger sharing the report of the Middle Governing Bodies Commission to the General Assembly.

One of the main purposes of this gathering is to provide an intentional atmosphere for the development of community and sharing of ideas with the future of the church. Whether you attended the Orlando gathering or not, we would love for you to attend. Any movement that is going to change the texture of the church is going to start from relationships. We need to build relationships between churches, clergy and elders included. Any movement that will change the texture of the church is going to start from these relationships.

In addition to the main speakers, we will have four breakout workshops.
One of them is focused on Korean American Churches since Southern California is a hub for these congregations. Also, for those of churches who have formally affiliated with the Fellowship and are already committed to moving our congregations in the direction of ECO, there will be structured opportunities to meet with other west coast church leaders to exchange ideas and strategies for tangible steps forward.
