Fellowship Prayer Guide

Fellowship Prayer Guide

August 25-26, 2011, over 1,900 Presbyterians will travel to Minneapolis to take part in a unique event in the life of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The outcome of this event will be critical for the life, health, and future ministry direction of many congregations. This Fellowship Prayer Guide is designed to assist all who are praying for this event, its leaders, and participants in saturating the Gathering in prayer.

Thank you – this is most welcome! Those of us who can not be present in Minneapolis wish to support you in prayer as well as we can.

  2. George Hook says:

Are we praying for the answer that God wants for us or for what we want the answer to be? Are we waiting for God or is God waiting for us?

Remember the Israelites kept asking God for a king so thyi could be like the world. God finally let them have their way and gave them a king. Look what happened to the Israelites. It happened just like God told them it would. 1 Sam 8:4-18

Great job putting the prayer guide together. It is very helpful. I prayed through every page today; and will now go day by day as intended. May God grant peace, unity, blessing and vision to all who are attending the Gathering. I know we can expect our God to move in our church.
